Marina

A distinctive Egyptian summer tourist resort on the Mediterranean coast, located 94 km west of Alexandria. It is owned by the New Urban Communities Authority, the largest development authority in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which established the Tourist Villages Authority. This authority developed villages such as Marakia, Marbella, Casabianca, Mallorca, and the latest, Marina. The total cost of the Marina El Alamein project was 48 billion USD.

Porto Marina Resort is the first project in Egypt’s North Coast region overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It features the first international yacht marina in the eastern part of North Africa. The project is managed by the Amer Group, owned by Egyptian businessman Mansour Amer. It includes Porto Marina Hotel, a 5-star hotel designed by Delmar Group, consisting of two floors and 338 spacious rooms overlooking either the pools or the Mediterranean Sea. The resort also has 180 shops, several restaurants, the Sea Gull Hotel, Sea Gull Markets, and Ocean Blue Hotel.
